Every year, Korean temperatures steadily rise during the summer months. This rise in mercury coincides with the rise of a popular icy dessert that Koreans use to battle the summer heat: Bingsu. Maybe it is the street performances by shaman priests, or the eclectic shops that line this arts district, but we always find ourselves returning to the area.
